How It Works Each Month

Week 1 — Project Kick-Off
Martin begins the new monthly painting project with a guided demonstration. Which you watch on demand and start at your own pace.

Week 2 — Skills Focus
A skills-based teaching session. We pause painting and dive deeper into technique—brushwork, colour handling, layering, or whatever supports that month's painting.

Week 3 — Project Completion
Martin guides you through the final stages of the painting. You’re now informed, prepared, and ready to finish with confidence, not pressure.

Week 4 — Group Consolidation & Discussion
A live Zoom conversation hosted by Martin. We reflect on what worked, what could improve, and how to develop those insights in future work. This is where real learning happens—through understanding, not just doing.
